Orientation
We always train our new employees ourselves. Also future team leaders and foremen start with executive tasks, and we strive to familiarise them to all phases of a project through different tasks. This way they soon know the entire life span of a project. Professional ascending continues according to ones own skills and desires. Also overseas missions to other EU countries go through the same process.
